Our Story
Our Story
RFS Energy was founded on the friendship, trust, and shared vision of co-founders Rebecca and Laura.
After years of working together across Canada in the energy sector, they envisioned a company that would break barriers and redefine workplace culture — one that gives their team a safe environment to show up as their full selves and do good work in a real way.
Determined to build a business rooted in collaboration and integrity, they took a leap during the chaos of 2020.
Their first win—a small grant application—sparked the journey of RFS Energy, which has since grown into grown into a tight-knit team of passionate individuals
