RFS Energy gets things done. Rooted in years of on-the ground implementation experience in every province across Canada, our team works to support local and national GHG emissions reduction efforts by pushing innovative research, concepts and plans into the market. With a group of innovative and collaborative individuals that each bring their own unique and valuable traits and skill to the team, the atmosphere is always inclusive and creates a drive in each and everyone apart of it.

Our Story

RFS Energy was founded on the friendship, trust, and shared vision of Rebecca and Laura. After years of working together across Canada in the energy sector, they envisioned a company that would break barriers and redefine workplace culture, especially for women.

Determined to create a business rooted in collaboration and integrity, they took a leap during the chaos of 2020. Their first win—a small grant application—sparked the journey of RFS Energy, which has since grown into a team of 11 passionate individuals.

Bringing people together to propel planning, research and climate change policy into the marketplace

As a virtual team that lives and works across these lands also known as Canada, RFS Energy acknowledges the traditional territories of the many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples that have called these lands home since time immemorial. We recognize and honour our treaty relationships and our responsibilities to the land, history and customs of Indigenous peoples with whom we share these lands.
